The CF Cycle Trading Indicator was born out of a shared mission: to bring clarity and structure to the world of cycle trading.

It began when the algorithmic development team at Variance Technologies — specialists in building advanced trading tools — reached out to Camel Finance, drawn to his exceptional content and unique trading methodology. Our COO, Ben Wright, a long-time follower of Camel’s work, was particularly impressed by the transparency and technical precision in his market analysis.

What followed was a collaborative effort to solve a common challenge: how can we automate and simplify the process of identifying cycle lows — without losing the nuance of Camel’s manual system?

Together, we reverse-engineered his confirmation signals and trading rules into a robust, rules-based algorithm. The result? A precision-built TradingView indicator that allows traders to automatically chart cycle lows directly onto their own charts — reducing guesswork and helping streamline their strategy execution.

What started as a passion project has now become a powerful and growing trading tool. And this is just the beginning — the team continues to improve, expand, and support the indicator with new features and user-driven enhancements.
